1. The bath tub drain mechanism was faulty and was not repaired. We realised it upon. Apparently house-keeping was aware but was not repair nor guest notified. 2. The hotel is located in a quiet area, good for rest but bad for enjoying Ipoh food. It was away from those areas and there was not even a road map or tourist info brochure available. 3. I was there on buisness with my family. The hotel could not allow delay check-out beyond 1pm (some KL hotel can allow up to 3pm). Counter staff were also insufficient in number as well as lack of proper training to answer customer quiries courteously and accurately.

The swimming pool area is no well keep . A lot of plant looks like no been watered for some time , and the pool side chair are very old looking ! The hotel lobby look very dark , and the parking area was no well kept , the location is quiet good . Any way , this is one fo the few hotel in Ipoh , I have no much choices , look forward to have some real 4 stars hotel in Ipoh.

This hotel has a very cosy ambience. Recommended for family leisure stay. Staffs are friendly and has good security in place during the evenings hours.
