often the five stars hotel disappoints me giving an impression such as snobish, or automatic manual trainied customer treatment. imperial new dehli is seemed to me one of the real five quality hotels that i have ever stayed, every service that i have gotten there was excellent and efficient by friendly and at the same time professional attitude stuffes. further, afterwords service, after returning the trip, the customer treatment was also sincere. i definietly recommend this hotel to the others and if i ever go back to new delhi, i would choose there without doubt.
