Imperial Hotel is a nice choice for both leisure and business, I think. We lived super deluxe this time and it's perfect for sea view and the chaise longue is comfortable. Hotel location is also convenient for traveller. It'll be better if there is more choice for breakfast. Overall, I'll stay in Imperial if I go to KK again.

Convenient for travelling around KK

The hotel is in the centre of KK where you can easily eat, shop and travel around. The staffs are courteous and helpful. I would absolutely stay again in this hotel.

Very nice hotel have sea view, great room design & good location. LCD TV, extra large room size & design red chair for room. 5 star breakfast buffer at roof top restaurant.. Very value in money, must stay.

Few comments: 1) Staff is helpful and courteous. 2) Location is fabulous and accessible to the shopping areas. I really love the fact that the lift is connecting to the hotel! 3) Food is okay but maybe you can add in more varieties. 4) The sceneries is awesome!

A Wonderful n relaxing holidays

This was my 1st trip to Kota Kinabalu n it was a wonderful n enjoyable stay. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel at the town centre was very convenient. Plenty of restaurants serving, seafood, western n etc. The shopping malls are within walking distance which was great.
