Excellent location. Beside underground, ferry star, view on hong kong, excellent shops. Mine room was on the last floor(17) with the excellent view on nathan road. In rooms air-condition and ionizer of air. It were only one defect - windows didn't open - probably for security reasons.

Staff are helpful and the location is EXCELLENT. 15min walk to Habour City, which is a huge shopping complex, where HKer buy their stuff (dont buy things at Tsim Sha Shui, where the hotel is, shops there rip off tourists). Train stop right beside hotel.
This hotel suited our needs. Good location for Star Ferry and general shopping. Room was a little small and breakfast was not included, although there were tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was modern and very clean. Staff were very obliging and we were able to leave our luggage there all day as we had a very late flight our of Hong Kong. All in all, worked for us - would recommend for a short stay.

The carts for serving the rooms were very worn out. The unused tables were badly stacked to cause bad looks to the storage rooms. The bed lice stung the traveler during night sleep, and caused itchy marks on the legs.
The hotel is really poor but that it is situated on Nathan road. Hospitality is not a culture here. The restaurent is not great. I might come back to stay here on work but definately not on a holiday / leisure vacation. The rooms in HK are small but this is has really is one of the smaller ones
Why do you call it a hotel. It is just a guest house without any restaurant, coffee shop. No room sevice, and other services not available. I would ask for a refund since I would not pay more than HKD 200.00 p. night for the room. The room was small but manageable. The Bathroom was in a very awful condition with overflowing toilet and unclean towels.
