Very good hotel.

very new hotel, reception staff couldn't get the names right; modern, good looking hotel, but workmanship on almost everything is very poor. rooms are nice and clean, come with samsung lcd tv, but workmanship is very very cheap and poor.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the system of chip and pin for credit cards was inconvenient as none of could remember this information and meant one of us who could had to pay for everyone else. saying this, the hotel was value for money and ideally located. The bed was extremely small and my legs were dangling over the end. The pillows were rock hard and huge which meant I woke up with pain in my neck. The shower was extremely complicated to use and the overall finish of the hotel was poor.

They have an excellent room for internet use but unfortunately you can only use it between 0900-1700, Mon-Sat, not great if you're out all day!

great hotel! With tour assistance on-site! On our last day, we were put into a another room (1001 by the stairwell), it had a very bad smell (like backed up sewage). But it was just this one room. Everything else was perfect.

My second night stayed, whole night the ceiling with big noise I stayed in Rm 105,overall the cleanness is acceptable, but wall some area without wall paper exposed few terrible long cracked lines is a poor impression to me.

Please include kettle and hair-dryer in the room.

This was a 3 star hotel so I did expect that the room size would be small.

Not really a holiday hotel - more like a place to sleep if you are in town on business and can't book in anywhwere else central. Absolutely basic - no frills here - and no room to swing a cat. Quality of finish is also inadequate for what is after all a very new hotel.
