This hotel is located in the centre of the city, so very conveneint for guests there to go anywhere, including shopping centers, supermarkets, street markets, restaurants, bars, cafes and the ferry terminal Jesselton Point. The staff are really courteous and helpful. They smile and greet you once see you. There is no hotel restaurant or cafe, but this is obviously not a problem. You can easily find many near the hotel.

However, this hotel also has some shortcomings. Though new, the hotel rooms are not as nice as i have expected, not because they are small, but because of the low-quality interior decoration. I stayed in two different rooms, but the bed sheets were all dirty, so i asked the staff to change them. They did change the sheets, but I wainted for several hours and had to call them twice. This also happened in the sister hotel Imperial International. Why the bed sheets were all dirty?

This hotel has free internet access, which is supposed to be a plus. The speed was fast in the morning, but my travel partner told me it was very slow in the evening, maybe because too many people were using the internet in this hotel at that time.

Considering the location and staff, this hotel is a great value for money, but if your budget allows, i'll recommand Le Meridien, which is also in the city center, but a 5 star international hotel with good service and bigger rooms.

We arrived at 12-15 in the morning as all staff were very helpful. No coffee or jug in room or glasses to drink out of no dinning room for breakfast or swimming pool. we did enjoy our stay as the view of the Ocean the next morning was beautifull which made up for all inconviences.The hotel is in the centre of town and all shopping within 2min walking. yvonne from Queensland

This hotel is situated on the 11th floor of a shopping mall...bujt don't let this put you off. Its in a great location for all activities around KK. Very central and great if you want to get some shopping done! Once inside the hotel you forget you're in a mall. The hotel is new, modern, comfortable and clean. We stayed in the cheapest room. The room was a small but for one night it didn;t matter. The room was decorated in clean modern designs, with an excellent bathroom. Plasma screen TV. But no window. Im sure if you paid the extra, you would get a larger room and a view!
The hotel doesn't have a reastraunt but there are plenty of places to eat close by. We found the finish to this hotel a lot better than the imperial International which is situated in the same mall.

This was a perfect choice of hotel for the centre of KK. Close to shopping and the Waterfront. Very comfortable, staff efficient and helpful. My kids loved the modern feel!

We stayed in this hotel for one night only and then fly to Sandakan very early the next morning, so this holiday suit us perfectly. It took just 5 minutes by taxi to the KK airport and the fare was just RM20. Taxi were always available at the ground floor and we had no difficulty to get a standby taxi even very early at 6:50am. Shopping mall, bank, supermarket, Starbuck, cafe, restaurants are just few steps away. We had a courtroom which was the most basic room of the hotel, room size was ok and bathroom was clean, the only thing was that the pillow was a little smelly that I had to wrap it with towel before I can put my head onto it. The room window face the common area and therefore people usually let the curtain down.

Hotel room is a little small but the excellent location more than compensates for it. It is also very clean. Overall very pleasant and recommendable to others.

The hotel is located in a very very strategic location, right above the mall and next to waterfront. lots of food around by walking distance. the room is clean, and i love the toilet and shower.

We stayed at Radius International Hotel in KK as part of our Mt. Kinabalu via Ferrata climb. My sister came with a nanny and her daughter, so we had to entrust them in a place that was secure, clean and near the mall and other activities while we trekked the mountain overnight. Radius met our expectations.

High side is the hotel is relatively new, so the rooms are clean. The pillows, towels and matresses were comfortable. The TV is a Samsung LCD. there are coffee/tea supplies and a safe for valuables.

Low side is the sound insulation is not so good, so you can hear what's going on in the other room. Sometimes the doors don't lock properly, so it's good that they have an alarm that goes off when you didn't close the door properly. The staff are very courteous but could be slow sometimes. It would have been nice if they had a fridge with stuff that you can buy in case you get hungry in the middle of the night.

All in all, I like the no frills concept. The place is secure and clean, in fact very artsy... and excellent location. We got more than what we expected for the price that we paid. It was just really good to crash to a nice place after the long hard climb.

We were given a room next to the floor toilet, which was noisy at times during the night. This gave us the feeling we were second rate guests.

Air cond. leaked water on the floor was the only problem with the room

Beds are fairly short (since my husband is 2 m tall).

Hotel can purposes to have Spa & massage fascility. Bathroom shoud have bathtub instead of shower.

Cafeteria area looks bare... In my room,some of the amenities need immediate attention such as the shower spray; bedside table; light bulds. Produce a daily checksheet for housekeeping to notify both the reception and maintenance...

No tea and coffee making facilities.No mini freezer.

I would love to see a children play room and gym/yoga room Single beds are too small
