the hotel need a clear identity on targeting which group of customer and the service offer to. the ambiance of the hotel lobby were modern look but the rooms are more like budget hostel to me. with RM 185 price tag for one night is consider expensive which does not include breakfast and preferred newspaper. the housekeeping was not doing a good job as the pillow and the bed was very dusty. hand tower was not provided on first day checked in. where is no staff station at the leisure counter ready to offer further info on ground tourist arrangement, and general info like car rental, internet room, welcome drink, local attraction leaflet, local map, gym room, spa room & etc. the best credits goes to staff station at check in counter. hope the info provided was useful for further improvement.

This was my third and worst stay at the hotel. My 1st 2 stays in 2009 were pleasant and that was why we decided to come back. We were provided very small rooms; the 1st 2 we stayed in previously were big which we paid less for! When we enquired over the room size, the guest relation officer on duty mentioned that all rooms are of similar sizes; not knowing that we have stayed at the hotel previously. On our 1st night, Room 107, the heater took awhile to warm up. The aircond was faulty, automatically going on "switch off" mode at times. So we were going in and out of the comforter. At 4am the aircond leaked! The water drips were an annoyance causing little sleep. The floor was terribly wet. We requested for a room change the next morning. On our 2nd day, Room 108, the flushing system was faulty. We got a technician in to repair. The female personnel at the hotel should smile more.

During my stay at Imperial Boutec,I have nothing to complain so far. Location was perfect for shopping and access to any destinations in the city center. The staffs are friendly and helpful and most importantly, quick. The room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. I have checked in Imperial Boutec twice in 2010. Obviously I wouldnt have choose any other hotel.

Despite reading some of those bad reviews. I went ahead and book this hotel and kept an open mind to it. To my surprise, the room was clean. Everything was fine. No complains about the size or space, it is after all a boutique hotel. Yes, the air con was leaking - NOTHING major, just put a towel on the floor and problem solved ! Leaking was due to the condensation from the air con. My girlfriend and I spent a night there and we were happy with the room, with a view too.

THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MANY WAYS. THE HOTEL IS VERY CLOSE TO MANY RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING MALLS, THEREFORE IT IS IN A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION. HOWEVER, THE ROOM THAT I STAYED IN THE FIRST PLACE WAS TOO SMALL, THE CABLE TV WAS NOT CLEAR AT ALL, AND THE MOST IMPORTANTLY THE AIR-CON WAS NOT COLD AT ALL. SO I REQUESTED TO CHANGE THE ROOM. THE NEW ROOM WAS STILL VERY SMALL, TV WAS OK, AIR-CON WORKS FINE......BUT THE SHOWER HEAD WAS NOT IN A GOOD CONDITION............LEAKING!!!!

THE STAFF IN THIS HOTEL IS VERY FRIENDLY, ALSO THEY CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. THE LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL IS STATEGIC SINCE IT LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN. EASY FOR SHOPPING. JUST NEED A WALK TO THE OTHER SHOPPING COMPLEX FOR SHOPPING ACTIVITIES.

For the price this hotel was oe of the best I stayed in.

I have absolutely no complaints about the courtrooms except that it was windowless ... This was not a big problem for me & my husband. Unfortunately it didn't hold too well with our traveling companions, another couple who were housed in the other 'court room'. I suppose it would be good to warn guests of this feature, in case some people suffer from claustrophobia. I'm sure if they knew, they would automatically upgrade to rooms with a view.... :)

However, I loved the location of the hotel, it being in the thick of action & I loved the modern deco of the room. Reception & concierge services were excellent. Thank you.

The accommodation was up to expectations apart from one thing. In our on-line booking we said a window was essential. There was a window but it gave on to a corridor -- not what we meant.

Staff friendly and helpful in attending to our few requests.

For someone who like to eat seafood at the town, the hotel location is very convenient. you just need to walk a few minutes from any direction to seashore or up to the town, you can find many seafood restaruant.

I and my husband stayed here for 2 nights.
The staff are helpful and always smile. Not only 5 minute the staff came to our room to fix the chanel TV back.

The location of the hotel also, very strategic; in the middle of the town area, so easy for us to go outing, near to the port, market and also near to seafood restourant.

Next year we will be going again to KK and for sure I will stay in your Hotel.
