I was skeptical at 1st abt staying in Ibis Mangga Dua. What i dreaded abt the bad report on the checking in came true! I arrived at 1.30pm but did not expect to be checking in until 2. There were 4 families travelling together. We managed to get 1 room at 3.30pm n decided to check all luggages in that rm so we can go n have lunch n walk around. We got back to the hotel at 8 pm n still the remainder of the rooms were not ready. All of us finally checked in at closed to 9 pm. And that's abt all i have to complain. The rooms were as clean to our expectation, the beds comfortable and rm size just abt nice. Room service came less than 10 mins after each call. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The rooms were cleaned every morning. There are fast food restaurant around the area. This hotel is definitely value for money!

There were all kind staff members in Hotel Hotel Ibis Mangga Dua and Apartments Jakarta.

AND WATED TO STAY IN A HOTEL WHICH HAS GOOD
CONNECTIVITY WITH ALL PARTS OF JAKARTA BY ROAD
AND NOT FAR FROM AIR-PORT.
THE HOTEL IS WELL MAINTAINED AND STAFF IS WELL
CO-OPERATIVE.I GOT VALUE FOR MONEY.I COULD BOOK THE HOTEL ON LINE THROUGH INTERNET WITHOUT ANY HASSEL.

Staffs at Hotel Ibis Mangga Dua were very friendly & helpful. Food was okay. Location was good. It was within minutes to Mangga Dua Mall.

We would prefer having the room clean everyday throughout the stay we had with them but instead the room was exactly the way we left it.

The only problem will be mosquitoes around the hotel lobby. It would be great if the hotel management could do something about this? It was quite unpleasant when we had a business discussion at the lobby during one of the night & all of us had mosquito bites everywhere on our body. It was very it convenient & it was also shocking to see customers smoking at the hotel lobby which is within an enclosed aircon facility area.

I believe this can be improved further in order to make Hotel Ibis a wonderful place to stay for tourists like myself.

My stay at hotel was wonderful because my friends and I were staying due to the location. We spend two nights except on the second night, we have unpleasant surprise with the restaurant staff. Most of the staff were not good in explaining the proper price of the buffet table.

we are experiencing slow respond from the reception staff. It seems that they are really busy probably due lack of staff or facility. no iron services provided, lack of promotion for the hotel restaurant, lack of information for various interesting place to visit. none of staff know where is the factory outlet location in jakarta. they are not able to advise proper for the location or transport services required. thanks.

Location is good for those who loves shopping as it is only walking distance to the Mangga 2 Shoppping Centre. Room too small esp. for single beds room.

The only disappointment I experienced with the service is during check-in. I booked the rooms online a few weeks before my stay, but when I checked in, the room was not ready and we had to wait for an hour to have it cleared. It made me feel that Ibis Mangga Dua does not take seriously bookings made by their customers.
