The complete lack of free parking anywhere close to the hotel is completely unacceptable & we cancelled out 2nd night's stay as a result. Staff were not helpful in this regard inspite of specifically asking for help with parking. The answer we received was that the hotel did not provide any parking & we were pointed in a direction that did not make sense (Zayed Road). This ended up costing us an additional AED 225 to park in the attached parkade!? This makes the real cost of the room rate AED 225 higher. If parking is not needed this is not an issue & the rest of the hotel is good. Added bonus, the hotel is very easy to fined in a city that isn't familiar to foreigners.

I was given a room meant for handicapped people. There was absolutely no room service. Even for drinking water I had to go down and get myself

The shuttle bus should ride according the timetable always and via every place stated in timetable. The climate control in the toilet didn't work, so the air was foggy there long time after shower.
