We had booked a double room and were given a twin. Next night we moved to a double room and the king size bed was atrocious - with a major dip in one side. Our room was not serviced for two days of the stay, although towels were left in a plastic bag outside the door on the third day of our stay. The hotel tried to invoice us for 4 day's parking which we had not used at all! (be warned - it costs $20 per day) We tried to buy a newspaper from reception and paid with a $20 note. We were given about $1.50 in change, and when we questioned it he said he didn't have any change. We bought a paper outside the hotel. We think the general level of service could have been a whole lot better.
