The desk staff was very efficient and helpfull. The room was clean and in good condition but very small. The restaurant was fairly slow and the food was fair.

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff helpful. It was easy to arrange transfer to the Airport and was fairly close to the train station.

The person who stayed at the hotel was on transfer to the Netherlands. I think she enjoyed her stay as I did not receive any complaints. Cheers Silvia Bekker-Finke

The hotel was very nice. It is convenient to the airport which is why we stayed there. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was quite good.

best hotel for transit, as it is located very close to both domestic and international sydney airport. the hotel also has a good service and facilities. it is a good place for people who want to stay for short term and backpacker.

but i just wondering the size for the standard room is too small.

great location for anyone travelling and needing accomodation near the airport. room was comfortable and had the necessary amenities. the restaraunt and bar were inviting and staff reasonably friendly. i did feel that the prices of food and drinks were a little excess for the quality, although it was nice.
