When I stepped in I was impressed with the reception and the staff who were very courteous and helpful. Though the room is a bit small it is nevertheless comfortable. The location is great as it's only a short walk to the malls. Certainly will come back again.

The Ibis is central to everything which was useful considering the rainy weather we had. The staff were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again, especially if we could get the great deal offered by HolidayCity.

The plus point is location of the hotel being walking distance from the shopping malls.
I understand that the hotel has recently undergone refurbishment and the quality of the bed linen and the amenities in the room commensurate with the rate.
I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

At the rate I got, this hotel was excellent value. If you want beach in Perth, stay in Fremantle, but if you want central location with access to trains to beach, or downtown shopping, museums, the river, etc. -- then you can't go wrong with this place. In general the staff went out of their way to be helpful and efficient, and were very friendly -- and accommodated a very early arrival on Sunday morning whcih was nice so i didn't have to waste the day.

The hotel is strategically located within a stone's throw from Hay Street and Murray Street Malls. Room's rather small but comfortable.

Besides a lift that wouldnt stop on the 1st floor, anyone on a short business trip to Perth would like this value for money hotel.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, clean rooms of reasonable size. Ideal for short stays. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room 421 was smaller than expected although room 422 was more the conventional Ibis size. Shower in 421 needed a good clean.

again, the room was very stale smelling We were actually not very impressed that this was obviously a smokers room and could not open up the window to air it out
