Though the room is a bit small it is nevertheless comfortable. The location is great as it's only a short walk to the malls. Certainly will come back again.

The staff were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again, especially if we could get the great deal offered by HolidayCity.

I understand that the hotel has recently undergone refurbishment and the quality of the bed linen and the amenities in the room commensurate with the rate. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

If you want beach in Perth, stay in Fremantle, but if you want central location with access to trains to beach, or downtown shopping, museums, the river, etc. -- then you can't go wrong with this place. In general the staff went out of their way to be helpful and efficient, and were very friendly -- and accommodated a very early arrival on Sunday morning whcih was nice so i didn't have to waste the day.

Room's rather small but comfortable. Besides a lift that wouldnt stop on the 1st floor, anyone on a short business trip to Perth would like this value for money hotel.

Shower in 421 needed a good clean.
