The flower arrangements between our room and the Reception area gave me pleasure every time I passed them.

The snacks in the bar were a lovely touch.

I stayed at Hotel Ibis near the city centre in Casablanca for two weeks in August 2007. I selected the hotel because it was a very good price so I wasn't expecting too much when I arrived. However, the ambience of the hotel is very nice. The outdoor cafe area is beautiful and they have a very nice dining room and a comfortable sitting area as well. The staff were very kind especially the woman who cleaned my room, Fatima, I felt she was looking after me the whole time I was there. Even though my French is very limited, we got along very well. The hotel was going through some renovations during my stay so at times, the access to some of the public areas were off limits for painting but I am sure the renovations will make it even more lovely once they are done.

The room was simple, but clean and I was quite comfortable there for my two weeks. I had two English channels - CNN International and BBC International - I would have liked more English television, but if you speak French or Arabic, there are many more channels to choose from.

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for an economical but nice clean place to stay for a single night or for many nights.
