Staff was so helpfull, and profesional, I'm definitly coming again.

I had a perfect stay in Ibis for 1 night. The hotel is very good location for weekends with the Victoria Market and tramp stations all in walking distance.

Hotel was good - the only objection is that I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 ladies - and when we arrived there was 1 double bed and 2 singles. So we had to have the couch made up as abed. It would have been good to have been advised of this when I booked

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location close to the city and the markets. There was no Gluten Free cereal available at breakfast time but the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about what food suggestions were available for me to eat before I went out in the morning.I enjoyed my stay there.

The front desk staff were helpful in trying to contact an airline for me. The hotel was within walking distance to the city centre and all attractions. Good value accommodation. I appreciated the discounted breakfast voucher. I would recommend it to friends and family visiting Melbourne.

Have stayed at this Hotel a few times as location is good, service good and staff very helpful . Thankyou and we will be back.

It would have been useful to have some tourist pamphlets in French and even French-speaking staff in the hotel.

The hotel location is excellent and it is very handy for the tram services and the Victoria Markets and CBD.
The surrounding street between the hotel and the Victoria Market was very untidy with rubbish everywhere - this could be a downside for some people - although not part of the hotel it did not leave a good impression.

It was our first visit to Melbourne and we had friends visit us at the hotel where we offered them a cup of tea which was greatly appreciated.We felt right at home and the room was clean and comfortable for our needs.Thank you very much. Bernie

This was our 3 rd stay at the hotel . We found the room quite comfortable and good value for money ($ 129 . 00 for the night ) . The ground floor Bistro - Buffet was excellent value also for around $ 20 - 00 per head and staff very friendly . Car parking facilities was a bit ordinary but staff did advise that the arrangement was only tempary .

Had to pay to store luggage in automatic storage facility - very cramped and few large lockers.

Check bill, additional breakfast charged but quickly removed when error pointed out.

It was a great overall experience, the hotel was very hand to the city centre and we found the restaurant excellent value for breakfasts in the morning and had dinner there one night too. A nice quiet bar area. Would definitely stay again or recommend to others.

With the brand of IBIS, it's indeed guaranteed !!!!!!!! Short walking distance from shopping places helps to have a good exercise as well as sightseeing. Once arriving at hotel seems overwhelmed with privacy & pleasure. The courteous staffs and with smiles always makes you feel at home away from home. Hotel Comfort, Room size, Amenities and especially Cleanliness would put hotel's name up soon to be as one of the best hotels in Melbourne i can surely say. Bravo to you !!!!!!!!!! Super perfect hotel in all deals.
