Recommendation:   By Ms.Piet Evianne Melania * the day i made the reservation thru' a travel agent, i requested some inquiries, then by the time i arrived at the hotel and reconfirm my requests, the front desk staff assist me very well & in a good manner. .
* overall about the staffs, ... they are very nice & help full
* location of this hotel is very strategic whilst it's next to malioboro street and it took only 20 minutes away from the airport. .
* the heater for boiling water in my room was not working properly, then i called housekeeping and they come to replace with the good one immediately. . (i agree with their commitment in flyers to resolve any problems within 15 minutes. . )
