Good Location: The hotel is located in a good location just off the famous Jalan Malioboro Street. It is also adjoining the Malioboro Mall. The hotel is located about the middle of Malioboro Street. The good location makes shopping very convient, either shopping in comfort in the Malioboro Mall adjoining the hotel or along Malioboro Street. Rooms: Rooms are clean and spacious with basic amenities. Bathroom is reasonable large and clean with some tolitetries like toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, etc. It is topped up everyday. Service: Service response is good. Problems are responded to within the 15 minutes time frame set by management. Counter service is good and staff friendly, always with a smile. No problem with my internet booking. Rooms and keys were prepared in advance for my check-in. Minimum hassle upon check in and check out.

* the day i made the reservation thru' a travel agent, i requested some inquiries, then by the time i arrived at the hotel and reconfirm my requests, the front desk staff assist me very well & in a good manner..

* overall about the staffs, they are very nice & help full

* location of this hotel is very strategic whilst it's next to malioboro street and it took only 20 minutes away from the airport..

* the heater for boiling water in my room was not working properly, then i called housekeeping and they come to replace with the good one immediately.. (i agree with their commitment in flyers to resolve any problems within 15 minutes..)
