First I would like to say that the receptionist was very helpful with our question of the public transport to O2 and airport. I believe her name was Laura. Compliment for her! I considered it as very very nice!! Staff at bar was also friendly. Secondly I had expected some things like shampoo in the bathroom. Also there was no hairbrush at the reception. I had forgot it and now I could not comb my hair. Normally these things are available at reception, I believe. Further hotel was perfect! I will recommand it.
