I thought the breakfast offering was very good - something for everyone. The food was of high standard but the menu was too expensive overall, particularly the room service fee of $6.00 on top of a premium food price. It is an Ibis not a Sofitel. The food prices should be reflective. I would recommend the introduction of an in between type Cafe Style menu which is a little less expensive. I am sure you would attract more informal dining from families that way. The room service order taker was unable to understand what I was trying to tell them. I was trying to order but they hung up on me twice as they thought I was calling to see where my order was. It appeared to me this person was not fluent in English. Thank goodness for reception being able to oblige.

Hot water jug cannot be filled because of the shape of the jug, will not fit under tap, so difficult to use the tea/coffee sachets you provde. Need different jug or special tap.
