I was attending a conference at the Trade and Convention center when i stayed there (It was recommened by the orgisers). The location is good and the room basic but clean. However, I found the staff so cold, detouched and robotic. They have no sympathy for guests. I had to ferry my laggage from the taxi struggle with it up and bring it down with no help (yet I have bad back pain). The policy of availing the room at 2pm should be reviwed because at times the guests arrive at 5am. They need to shower and clean up but the hotel is so rigid they can not even provide a shower room. Coming from Africa were there is courtesy and a tradition of caring, I found this very unfriendly. I appreciate if the target market is for strictly business people who carry only laptops but they need to make it clear so that they would not shop too much least carrying the shopping to the room is a bother for hotel staff. I did not like this hotel and i would not recommend it to any African people who are always trying to mix business with heavy shooping for people t home and who are used to having caring and assistance from hotel staff.

To make more value for money buffet breakfast, please add in your menu more asian food with rice, fish, beef...thanks!

STAFF ARE COURTEOUS SPECIALLY AT THE RESTAURANT. VERY GOOD LOCATION, NEAR CENTERMALL AND METRO

The hotel was very clean, the staff courteous and the food good.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend to our friends.
