They always had a welcoming smile and were more than willing to help. They were very helpful when it came to using the internet and having easy access to the internet is a great plus for the hotel. The hotel was also in a great location - so close to all the tourist hotspots and retail outlets. Great advice was given as to good eating places. This welcoming and positive attitude by all the staff made our stay in Christchurch one of the best throughout my time in New Zealand.
