This can happen to any tired business traveler (I could have forgotten a more valuable item) and knowing that the housekeeping staff is honest can make a big difference in a choice of hotel. Did not eat there so cannot comment on the food Staff were very helpful

The bed and linen was of extremely high quality although the bed was firmer than I am used to.

Room was a generous size with plenty of room for our luggage. We arrived early but were able to go straight to our room which was great. Desk staff helpful and friendly.
