This is common for the hotels I stay at and I should not have to go outside the hotel to get this.

I just stayed for seven days but I had the time to appreciate the hotel and its surroundings. The Ibis is well located: you can reach Queen Street and all the shops by a 5 mn walk! It's great! Plus, there's a 7 eleven on the other side! The staff was really lovely especially Enola. I forgot one of my bags and my camera in the plane and she did everything for me to get it back! I wish I could thank her the way she deserved it but I didn't see her before leaving... So thank you Enola 100.000.000 times! There's just 3 negative points: - We weren't able to get room service: we had to order the food and collect it ourselves at the restaurant - The business center only counts 2 computers...that don't work sometimes! The internet pages can't be loaded completely sometimes... - The restaurant is not lively and a bit dark... Anyway, the Ibis hotel is great for people who don't want to spend too much money but still want quality and a great & comfortable bed to sleep in every night !!

Great breakfast! Would definately recommend the hotel to others who may be visiting the city.

This can happen to any tired business traveler (I could have forgotten a more valuable item) and knowing that the housekeeping staff is honest can make a big difference in a choice of hotel.
