The older bed was not comfortable and should not be use in the future.

Untilni have to change to another room. Please check all the equipment wether it is in good condition or not.

Nobody was on duty in the afternoon, so we could not check whether additional supplies of towel were coming in later or not. In the end, we took a wet walk back to our rooms! The food at the breakfast buffet was poor in taste and did not have much variety. Customer service is also poor (they are not warm and friendly) and the front desk staff did not seem to have much experience dealing with sudden influx of registering guests. The air-cond was poor - although we complained that the room was too warm for comfort, we were informed that this is normal as we had 4 persons in the room - 2 adults and 2 children below age 8!
