The balcony arrangements allow people in the next room to see into your room from their balcony. Some thought should be given to installing partitions to ensure greater privacy.

Er... check in written is 11-2pm when there at 11.30 cun get a room till 2pm. So might as well indicate 2pm than we should not be there early to wait. The reception girls even tell me that i'm lucky as some guest check out early. But I thought suppose to be 12:00????
