Shortage of staff whereby need to wait for so long to check in when there are only 3 couples. Check out also have wait for a long queue. The swimming pool is so dirty. It's like yellowish inside the pool. the beds are so old as you can feel the spring. And when request for another towel, it's chargeable at RM2 and they rate themselves as 4 stars. I will only rate them as 2 stars. TV is so old, no remote control and only a few channels to watch.

Check in time takes very long as the time taken to clean up the room is long. The ventilation in the lobby is very poor. need proper air-conditioning system. The rooms doesn't have a pleasant smell.

Breakfast standard have dropped from my previous stay.For the price that i paid i can get a better service near the vicinity. Very stingy when request for additional towel.Room is worn out.request to change burned light was also not done.

I booked Twin but given me single double bed. I requested with no help.

The timing for shuttle service is quite restricted. The face and hand towels are only provided upon request.

The room was excellent, much better than we expected for what we paid.

Alcohol quite expensive There was shampoo but conditioner would have been good too.

since i book the hotel through internet, so the staff there didn't know that we are actually provided breadfast..so we need to wait until the next day (waiting for the officer working hour) so you guys should make the staff clear about it. but overall is good.. i felt that the room quite dark...may be that is their design... :0) Overall is quite good... =)

The so called "king size" bed was actually two single beds that from two different qualities. The older bed was not comfortable and should not be use in the future.

The room that I stayed before at 1210, the televisyen is not good . Untilni have to change to another room. Please check all the equipment wether it is in good condition or not.

reception area is poorly handled.i think at this time of the year,they should put more people at the front desk.I waited 15 minutes to collect my room keys.

The children's wading pool was very dirty (had noodles in it!) and there was insufficient towels at the poolside. Nobody was on duty in the afternoon, so we could not check whether additional supplies of towel were coming in later or not. In the end, we took a wet walk back to our rooms! The food at the breakfast buffet was poor in taste and did not have much variety. Customer service is also poor (they are not warm and friendly) and the front desk staff did not seem to have much experience dealing with sudden influx of registering guests. The air-cond was poor - although we complained that the room was too warm for comfort, we were informed that this is normal as we had 4 persons in the room - 2 adults and 2 children below age 8!

The desk staff were not always helpful and clearly were unhappy about providing access to the internet.

Corridor to rooms had damp smell Room facilities good. TV choice poor.
