They should plan properly stage by stage renovation. otherwise shutdown for business. The room i was staying was terribely noisy due to renovasion going on on top and below my rooms. air cond not cool

WE ARE WERE UPGRADED, SO VERY HAPPY, THOUGH AT THE TIME HOTEL UNDERGOING REFURBISHMENT AND LANDINGS WERE SCRUFFY ROOMS WERE ADEQUATE

Don't worry like your hotel service very much because this is the second time i stay there. As every month also will travel to penang for business.

We requested for newspaper upon checking in. The next day we didn't get any and asked the front desk. They said that no message was passed to them on this matter hence we were left without newspapers for the day.
