Very comfortable.

The restaurant next door is truly excellent...very good food...but truly expensive as well. Still, we ate two meals there, and loved them both, and the second time, we got a couple of "freebies" that made us feel appreciated. The staff didn't quite understand that when we used up the food we liked in the continental breakfast (e.g., peanut butter), that food should be replaced. But, the front desk understood, and we got what we wanted. We were not supplied a coffee pot, so we purchased a french press pot to make real coffee, and, by the way, we left it as a "gift" to the hotel.

Since you don't have a concierge, it would be helpful to provide front desk staff with basic information of this sort.
