Business Plan: All Business Plan rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the tower or in our marina suites. Business Plan accommodations include all standard amenities and they come especially equipped with everything travelers need to help increase business productivity including a personal work station with fax machine. Telephone access charges for '800', local and credit card calls are waived. Also includes express continental breakfast for each paid adult.
Conference Suite: It is located on the second floor of the tower building. The Conference Suites are perfect for small meetings of up to 6 people. Each suite has a separate parlor, which is equipped with a mahogany conference table that seats 6, a wet bar/serving area, refrigerator, telephone, and fax machine. The separate bedroom has either a king size bed or two queen size beds. There is a door between the parlor and bedroom to ensure privacy. Total square footage is 600.
Deluxe Guest Room:All guestrooms at the Hyatt Regency Islandia are available with either a king size bed, two queen size beds, or two full size beds. They offer partial to full views of the bay, marina, swimming pool, or the beautifully landscaped courtyard and Koi Pond, most with their own patio. Each guestroom has 300 square feet
Junior Suite:These oversized corner rooms are appointed with a king size bed, dining table with four chairs, wet bar, small seating area, and a private balcony. Each Junior Suite offers 90-degree views of Mission Bay, the Islandia Marina, or the Pacific Ocean. Total square footage is 363.
Marina Suite:This is ideal for families up to 5 people, the Marina Suite features a bedroom with either a king size bed or two queen size beds as well as a separate living area totaling 600 square feet. Each suite has a balcony with beautiful views of the adjacent full-service Marina. All are equipped with a sofa bed suitable for small children, two televisions, two telephones, one bathroom, a wet bar area, and a pocket privacy door separating the bedroom from the rest of the suite. The Marina Suite building has a secured, key-access entrance and underground parking located below the building. Marina Suite accommodations are offered on floors 1, 2 and 3.
Ocean View:The Hyatt Regency Islandia offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from its 17-story tower. These deluxe guestrooms have either a king size bed or two queen size beds, a private balcony, and are available on the 7th through the 15th floors of the hotel. Each ocean view room is 300 square feet.
Penthouse Suite:The Penthouse Suite occupies the entire 18th floor of the hotel. This 3,200 square foot suite offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the downtown skyline, Pacific Ocean, and beautiful Mission Bay. It was recently voted the #1 Presidential Suite in all of San Diego. The Penthouse Suite is equipped with two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, and two and ½ bathrooms. A wrap around balcony provides a fabulous viewing experience.
Regency Club:Luxury accommodations located on the top two floors of the tower building. Regency Club features a privately keyed-off floor, complimentary local telephone calls, complimentary telephone access charges, newspaper delivery, and access to the Regency Club Lounge. The Lounge is a private area, exclusively for Regency Club guests, which provides continental breakfast each morning and hors d'oeuvres in the evening. It also features an honor bar with cocktails available at a cost ranging from $3 to $4.50. Each room has a private balcony and either an ocean or downtown view. Rooms are available on these exclusive floors for a $40 per night additional charge.
