We had a wonderful stay, rooms and amenities were very good. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
There was a misunderstanding about the inclusion of breakfast but once that was rectified the room rate was good value.

Recommendation:   By Mr.Abdul Ghafoor  United Arab Emirates One of the first good things that happend to us when we arrived in kota kinabalu was the good news that our room type has been upgraded to a suite from club king type.
the suite was excellent. However, there was a stale smell when we entered ... the room and taking the clue from us the bell boy who escorted us acted immediately and asked the housekeeping to spray air-freshner. Location of the hotel meant a world to us. It is so central with lot of dining options.
overall i would strongly recommend to opt for this hotel if you can live without beach front hotels.
