Very Good Hotel, but rate difference

I stayed for one night at the Hyatt. The hotel was very good in all aspects. The only problem I had, was at checkout. Holiday City quoted me a rate of 3,300 ZAR per night. When I checked out they charged me 3,650 ZAR. When I showed them my Holiday City quotation, they gave me the excuse that they put me in a Regency room on the top floor. They never mentioned that there would be an additional cost when I checked in!! I did not want to argue, as many people behind me in the que, but think this is not acceptable! In short, this is an extremely good hotel. Just make sure they advise you the pricing upfront.
