The staff were couteous,friendly and helpful,. however
the hotel is very old fashioned. Iwas very disappointed in the room. The decor was very old and my room was dusty. I had to be changed to another room as the dust was affecting me.It is desperate need of a face lift (the rooms). For this reason I would not stay there again or recommend it to any one.

Beautiful views, excellent room and facilities. Only thing I'd comment that I'd make was that we checked in at 9 am were told room not ready to 1 pm (that was fine with us) however we got to our rooms at 4 pm and the bags were not there and then took up to 30 mins to find and get to the room.

well located ,nice staff , good buffet ,unfortunatly room not sound proof . Plumbing noise far to loud, was kept awake every time some one was showering or flushing toilets , left Melbourne exhausted

The lounge is real great Very noisy, noise coming from the hall as well as from other rooms. We had to ask four times before getting the requested cot bed

Great position and will definately stay again. The room was okay, but a bit small for two people. I would have liked to have had a spa in the bathroom, but nevermind, perhaps next time.

Didnt see any service. Broadband internet should be provided free of charge in the room, in a hotel of this kind. The connection charges were outrageous.
