Should be much better!

Suitable for: Leisure

The hotel building is nice and location is the best part of this hotel. We had lunch at the promnade cafe for buffet lunch. The table ware..glasses,plates and cutlerys..were dirty!!! 3days after I come home I realised they held my money for 10days on my credit account. I paid by cash when I checked out but they kept the holding to my account untill release date which is 10days later!
I will find a better hotel next time.

Resturant service was below averge for Hyatt Hotels There was hardly any light to read whether on the desk or sofa

Particular style but distant from shops or entertainment Older area but comfortable with large bathroom. All services worked well.
