We had lunch at the promnade cafe for buffet lunch. The table ware..glasses,plates and cutlerys..were dirty!!! 3days after I come home I realised they held my money for 10days on my credit account. I paid by cash when I checked out but they kept the holding to my account untill release date which is 10days later! I will find a better hotel next time.

All services worked well.
