Husband complains bed gave him a backache every morning due to lack of proper support. 2nd room occupied by parents. Both found red spots on their body and were very ichy. Suspected bed bugs as rest of the family did not get it.

Lack of 13A switch socket outlet to boil the water & charged battery handphone.Have to take off plug of refrigerator.

We were upgraded into the Suite at no extra cost. Impressive, however, the hotel should really ensure cleanliness of floors (dusty), good toilet seats, availability of floor mats.
