Food was superb and inexpensive. We were upgraded into the Suite at no extra cost. Impressive, however, the hotel should really ensure cleanliness of floors (dusty), good toilet seats, availability of floor mats.

The childern play room really pathetic, item are broken or hardly any left for consideration. TV at reading area really small and place really high not ideal for comfort watching. Water drain very slowly in the shower, in fact it overflow.

Need to have a small convenience

They were gracious to let us downgrade at such a short notice. We were grateful for that. We downgraded from a Family suite to a Deluxe room because we had two people pull out at the last minute. We asked for an extra towel since we had three people but they took hours to get one for us - after repeated calls to them. Apparently, they are understaffed. The room looked like it hasn't been occupied for a long time and there were dust on the table as well as a musky smell in the room.

Price is not worth it for such room

We enjoyed our stay. We esp like the fact that our room opens out to the swimming pool. It was really relaxing! The toilet flush was not working very properly. We had to open the cistern to adjust the inflow so that water can fill the cistern. That's the only problem we have with the room.

Good location and quite a nice beach. Air con- noisy, take too long to cool the room.
