I was shock to learn during the breakfast that my stay did not come with acomplementary breakfast as to my knowledge, I paid the normal rate and not a discounted rate. To my surprise, some guest received this privilege. I was not told about this during the check in. Luckily, (probably) at the discretion of the staff at the restaurant and at the reception, my breakfast was not charged to my bill. Secondly, my copy of newspaper was not sent to my room on the second day of stay. To my surprise, they said guests can come to collect their copy from the reception. Why did they sent it to my room on the first day? However, I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel an consider to come back, this time with my family. The location and the surrounding areas are very relaxing. Not to forget the hospatility by the staff of this hotel. Thank you.

Husband complains bed gave him a backache every morning due to lack of proper support. 2nd room occupied by parents. Both found red spots on their body and were very ichy. Suspected bed bugs as rest of the family did not get it.

Lack of 13A switch socket outlet to boil the water & charged battery handphone.Have to take off plug of refrigerator.
