good place to stay but was the most we paid for accommodation in our South Island trip and we were happy with all the places we stayed. Didn't get anything extra for the extra cost. No complaints about the place or staff though.

A superb value for money apartment with very friendly staff. The room was cleaned everyday. Hurleys is about a five minute walk from the centre of Queenstown.
I would definately use Hurleys again and recommend it to my friends.

Clean and well serviced. Having the Kitchenette facility is a bonus as food is quite expensive in Queenstown and it's nnice to be able to make your own meals.

IT WAS RECOMMENDED TO US BY A NEIGHBOUR AND LIVED UP TO THE RECOMMENDATION FOUND THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK VERY HELPFULL , IN ASSISTING WITH OTHER ACCOMIDATION AROUND THE ISLAND AS WELL AS ARRANGING OTHER TOURIST ACTIVITIES . THANKS TO YOU ALL IT MADE OUR HOLIDAY MORE INJOYABLE WAS VERY GOOD AND GREAT TO RELAX AT NIGHT. AFTER TOURING AROUND THE COUNTRY SIDE DURING THE DAY WE DROVE AROUND THE COUNTRY VISITING ALL THE TOURIST PLACES . AT THE END OF EACH DAY IT WAS GOOD TO RELAX IN THE APARTMENT WITHOUT FEELING CRAMMED IN.

We did not expect such a friendly, personal service from a hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way for us, providing service which was definitely above and beyond the call of duty. We cannot speak more highly of them, they certainly went the 'extra mile' for us. We would certainly not hesitate in recommending Hurley's to any friends or family visiting Queenstown in the future. Excellent facilities including kitchen area. We were very impressed.

The be was rather sloppily made every day and even though I complied with the request to leave my towel on the rail if I did not want it changed, it was!
