Huka Lodge Taupo is located in Taupo, in the central North Island of New Zealand and is the only "Leading Small Hotels of the World" property in the country.

Huka Lodge Taupo is surrounded by magnificent natural beauty. The crystal clear waters of Lake Taupo are fed by mountain streams and are home to some of the most sought-after Rainbow trout in the world. How to get to the hotel:
Huka Helicopter transfers from Auckland, Wellington and Rotorua. Enjoy the scenic wonders of the central North Island and be delivered to the front lawn of Huka Lodge Taupo. Auckland to Huka Lodge - 1 hour and 15 minutes, Wellington to Huka Lodge - 1 hour and 35 minutes, and Rotorua to Huka Lodge 25 minutes.

Driving by rental car or limousine generally takes 3 hours from Auckland, 4.5 hours from Wellington and 1 hour from Rotorua.

Scheduled domestic flights travel daily to Taupo from Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Charter flights is available on request.
