the hotel was good value for money the staff very helpfull and the hotel was in a good location

i paid $145 with taxes. i've stayed in better hotels for the same amount of money. however your staff was really helpful, especially the mexican girl at the front desk.

Overall I had a good stay. I have no real complaints about the room, only with the exception that I couldn't find a convenient/suitable place to plug in the iron. As it happened, the ironing board had to be situated infront of the television and the iron plugged in right behind the chair. If we were watching tv, sitting in the chair, or even brought children, I would be more concerned. Good thing the iron wasn't hot anymore when I accidentally tipped the whole thing over (was in the way).

A suggestion, as an observer, I believe the front lobby needs to be redesigned. It does not work the way it is set up. There is no feeling of comfort and it doesn't flow well. There is great potential with the floor space available and a revamp of that area will greatly improve the ambiance.
