The hotel location was perfect. It is right across the shopping malls. The view of is also very nice because you can see the shoppers and the malls accross. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is also walking distance from the Bund. Likewise, the MTR station is just walking distance.

This has been my third stay at this hotel, and meanwhile, upon my recommendation, my office has already booked rooms at this hotel.

A good, comfortable and impressive large hotel. Staff are attentive and friendly. But, if you want the true snootiness of a (otherwise) 5 Star Hotel, don't go there. Good size quality room. Diminutive chamber maid was friendly, polite and very diligent and even 'detained' my 6'4" colleague collecting something from my room to allow security the opportunity to check he should be there! First class.

Staff was vert pleasant and helpful. They all speak English including the restaurants. Very clean and new bottled water and towels everyday. Room a bit old. 5-star Asian rating is like a 3-4 star US rating though.
