hotel setting is antique. the swallow living room is interesting, with swallow flying all over and building nests on the walls - quite a rare sight in the city. the garden restaurant is nice and the service at the breakfast time is wonderful. however, there is nothing much else to do in the hotel. no swimming pool, no music lounge, no play area for children.

Very helpful professional staff. Good location in the old town. Major spots within walking distance.

Everything is perfect except old folks as there isn't any lift in the whole building. But honestly we like the style of the hotel. Will be going back SOON. SMILE.................

Fantastic courtyard and architecture. The history room and the overall arrangement of the hotel truly deserve the name of 'boutique hotel.' Thanks for the wonderful stay.

It would be ideal if lift/escalator is available. Only lesiure is TV, would be better if install with radio/alarm clock.

see above No additional comments as I was very pleased with the Puri Hotel. Oh, just one small thing! The internet PC was riddled with nasty bugs and viruses.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and made many precious memories. We will return!

All rooms quite dark; had to open shutters to be able to read in daytime. A high-standing reading lamp would be a helpful addition to the room.

Efficient staff with excellent English, could have been warmer to guests. Came irregularly to clean the room. Different time every day.

We have requested for one big bed but we ended up having a twin bed instead as the hotel ran out of double bed rooms.

Car park is a bit of a hazzle having to get the security to open the gate. There're ants in the bathroom. Perhaps the management could look into pest control

Personally I thought having 2 pairs of disposable bedroom slippers in the room would have been a nice touch. But still, thanks for a wonderful stay. My girlfriend loved it!

No artificial sugar at beakfast or dinner problems with the air-conditionner
