THERE WAS ONLY ONE LIFT OPERATING DURING OUR STAY (THE SMALL ONE) WHICH WAS A LITTLE INCONVENIENT, STAYING ON THE 7TH FLOOR. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE FANTASTIC, AND ALWAYS HELPFUL. THE FACILITY OF BEING ABLE TO EXCHANGE TRAVELLERS CHEQUES AT THE DESK FREE OF COMMISSION WAS A REAL BONUS. THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL, BUT CLEAN AND HAD EVERTYTHING WE NEEDED. A FEW MORE COATHANGERS IN THE CUPBOARD WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL.

The stay was very pleasent. We came in late at night (10-11 PM or so). Your night clerk was very nice and helpful in planing our next day trips. Being able to buy some of our tickets at the hotel was very convenient. I told my friend that lives in Paris to recommend your hotel.
