Was a lovely hotel to stay at, it certainly enhanced the stay in Paris, and was really central. Will certainly recommend to friends. Room was spacious, bath room big, both clean.

The hotel is nice and cosy, specifically french and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Paris because is very close of Opera (10min)and Lafayette Galleries. The room was very nice, not very big, but nicely furnished and the bathroom was huge.

no coffee/tea making facilities in room. no draws for cloths. otherwise very good.

Nicely maintained hotel with a clean professional feel. Nice breakfast area and decent food. We didn't get the ONE BIG BED that we had asked for, but didn't bother asking at the counter for a new room as it was no big deal anyway for a single night stay.

Personnel (specially Mr. Samir) was very helpful. Breakfast ambience is great and location could not be better. Centrally located and walking distance to a Metro station made it perfect location-wise. Although the room was very small, it was spotless. Since we needed twin beds, I have the feeling the selection of rooms with them was restrictive in the choice.

They need to have printed info in the room on how to use the telephones to make local & long-distance calls.

Friendly English speaking reception, clean hotel well located off Rue Lafayette and close to Cadet Metro station. A compact room which was adequate for our needs.

Only French channels on the TV. There should at least be a few channels in other languages; CNN, BBC, TV5, ZDF

I specifically asked for a large bed and not two beds in the room, but i found out my request had been ignored.

My wife and I were very pleased to stay in this warm hotel. The breakfast was very tasty indeed.The service was very proffesional.

the service was really bad, the staff was very unfriendly and the whole hotel is very cheap and poor it was small and dark and the pillows are awful. and they would always turn off the heat to save electricity. very stingy!

Small double + extra bed on a double room. Excellent bathroom with a bathtub, however no floor heating. Our window was to the backyard. A bit small rooms.
