Hotel located in a very quiet street but is still close to Champs Elleysse for dining and shopping. Windows overlooked beautiful buildings. Very picture postcard.

The people working at the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful, I would highly recommend this hotel. we traveled three countries in twelve days and this hotel was in our top 3.

Except for the walk up to Hotel entrance from Victor Hugo. Location was superb for exploring the most beautiful city in the world. The room excellent. The staff very helpful especially front desk.

this is an older pension type hotel in the middle of the 'Ile de France' (Paris) close to all the famous landmarks of the city and in this respect it is in tune with the overall ambiance of the city. Very pleasant.

A staff member serving breakfast was unpolite to the guests, but it seemed that the managers were aware of the problem. Everybody else were very kind and helpful, and the location and equipment of the hotel were perfect for our needs. We had great value for our money. A very nice room with beautiful colours and textiles. The only thing missing was a little more space for clothes (shelves).

Not as represented on internet! No chair in room. Room too small for a chair. Could not open luggage - room too small.

read above it was a very clean room and we enjoyed the stay for one exception. The last evening we were there there was no water service at all and we were expected to pay full amount. we were not given a discount at all based on this. We were very diapointed with this and will probaly not stay next time based on this

You should tell people ( older) that there is no elevator.

Found the stay very enjoyable.Only 1 area that was very annoying,after getting breakfast in bed hotel staff would return to our room for the tray even when do not disturb was on the door!This happened every day!Could they collect these trays when the room would be vacated for the day ?

Excellent corner suite, very pleased.

Service was very good. The receptionists were wery friendly and kind. However, one of them told us that all the rooms were the same size and that there was no point in changing rooms, which was not true according to the plan of the hotel displayed in the corridors. We were allocated one of the smallest rooms where two people could not get passed each other. That was definitely not what I made a reservation for and saw on the Internet. What I saw on the Internet was a decent room. However, the picture of our room, of course, was not placed on the Interneet. I am particularly frustrated because we were on our honeymoon and expected a decent room.

kept awake the whole stay by slamming doors !The closing/locking mechanisms on the doors really need to be addressed it is particularly necessary to have quiet closing doors is a small hotel such as this. Location and value for money is excellent and staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for those reasons (will take ear-plugs next time i visit though) definate need for more hangers there were 5!

Great location Small but very adequate, clean and comfortable

Attention ! No elevator in the hotel! After having visited several other rooms, we concluded we received the smallest room in the hotel. Why ?

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very generous and overall standard of the hotel was delightful. The area of Ave Victor Hugo is lovely, lots of gorgeous clothes stores and cafes. Charmingly appointed, clean and comfortable, lovely aspect (we had two front rooms - the back rooms are much smaller and do not have the views). The top corner triple room our daughters shared had a view of the Arch de Triomphe - magic!

The staff are very nice and the breakfast was exellent. Due to the hot weather the only thing it could do with is Air-con.

Both male Concierges (Frederick & the night Concierge) were friendly, charming and extremely helpful. The female Concierge was rude and brittle. The shower was extremely small, however the room & bathroom were very clean and the decoration pretty and in good order.
