Primarily because only 2 staff works at the reception counter. Comparing with other hotels, it provides very slow services.

They said they'll deliver to our room but did not do so for all 4 occasions. We stayed for 2 nites and had to ask for the same items 4x and in the end still no delivery. We are very disappointed with the hotel customer service during this visit.
