Service staff are really friendly and helpful!! The room was cosy and we have a beri nice rest at the room. The bed was comfy and the toilet is excellent!!... good rest is important for us to recharge energy for more shopping... :P

the chamber guy even arranged my daughter's soft toys nicely on the coffee table as it was srewn on the bed before we went out of the room.

Requested for a king size bed, but instead provided 2 single bed. And when informed cost more for double room, we agreed to charge, but after checking, front desk satff said no room available. But had a feeling she did not want to process as it took too much work to make the changes. Perhaps staff was new and hence the hesistation to help make the change in room type. Electric kettle faulty, lead to circuit breaker cutting electricity to the room.

Breakfast should include in all room packages

The shelther to the lobby should be extended. Under heavy rain, I got wet alighting from the taxi. Perhaps a reading lounge with magazines or newspapers wil be great. In general, the room was good. But on the second day, the toilet bowl could not flush properly. Water threatened to flow out. Couldn't use it for the rest of the morning.

Security officers are often seen at the hotel lobby. Feels safer as access to the room is by electronic key card. Standard in-room facilities are provided.

The room is too small for triple sharing.

A bathtub would have been nice

Room safe was not operative , could not send an email unless I purchased a RM25 card , overall I would not recommend or stay there in the future. Found dirty underwear under the bed and reported this to the management ,local phone calls from the room were far in excess of other hotels that I have previously stayed in KL

Had followed the street signs to Capitol Hotel carpark but found out that this carpark is situated in another building (hotel did not have it's own carpark), thus had to lug our luggages through the shopping complex and across street. Should have dropped off our luggages first at the hotel lobby but being first time visit to Capitol hotel, quite difficult to drive around with it's one way streets.

The extra I got was the last one available so it was quite worn-out but lucky it was still ok in terms of comfortability + the mattress's cleaninless as I slept like a baby that night! ")

I missed my appointment with my sister as the reception informed her that I had checked

requested for non-smoking foom & room with twin tower/kl tower view => but non was granted. room stayed was full of smoking smell that made my nose bloke, had to bear with the smell throughout my stay, friend who supposed to stay with me didn't do that at the end b'cos the smell worsen her sinus problem. called hotel to request for change of room but not successful, only offered to get staff to spray the air-conditioner to reduce the smell...

Excellent Very comfortable room

The service was excellent except for the delivery of the laundry.

the hotel well centralize and very much accessable to all shopping area. I'm happy with the room - clean,well lighted,sufficient space for relax and widow view ok.

Lobby shd provide w comfortable sofa for the comfort of guests checking in/waiting. Blinds very dusty. Pillow case hv blood stain. Ironing board very dirty.
