Difficulty in adjusting water temperature in bath room

Parking not so convenience. Problem for luggage loading and unoading. Car park quiet and quite a distant to the hotel and might not be saved.

Need to supply the the water pipe near the toilet bowl.

Lobby should be improved to facilitate comfortable seating. Additonal TV channels required plus extra lighting. Frequent cleaning of AC outlet is suggested.

Services need to upgrade and pay more attention of it. If the size of the room can be bigger, that is excellent.

Thought that I've got an early bird special but found out that there's no breakfast, no morning newspaper, no welcome drinks etc... While taking a shower, the drainage system is not very good as water could not be drained away and it was flooded. Also, the glass panel partition almost fell onto me as it was not securely in place. Other than these incidents, the overall stay was O.K

Though I had requested for a room on the higher levels, I was allocated a room on the second level which provided an ugly view of the backyard of the front-facing old shophouses and noisy sounds from passing vehicles at night. The room is ok on the whole though the size is quite small and the amenities quite old/dirty. The temperature in the room was pretty cold as well even though there were attempts to off the air conditioning system or to bring up the temperature.

The water from the taps were tinted brown in colour. We had to buy bottled water to drink and brush our teeth just to be safe.

Staff at the reception were very cordial and friendly. Very good for the price

We didn't use the hotel facilities but this was acceptable for us. Had a very pleasant stay and the staff were extremely helpful and efficient in ordering us a taxi on our departure day. Excellent spec of room!

There could have been a stand or desk with tourist activity brochres available in foyer.

Pillow cases had stains and some stray hairs.

Hotel is very very ideally located for non-driving guest. Bad point is that drivers have to make a big round turn to park in adjacent parking space in Low Yat Plaza but the fees are reedeemable...the traffic around this area is always congested which makes driving not recommended. the room is actually very pleasent but fellow companions who're older find it a bit oo small. However, the bathroom is really good and well maintained.

For the amount that we paid, no breakfast was provided. We later learnt that some hotels which charged a lower rate for deluxe double had more value for money. Face towels were not replaced on the second night. Only bath towels were given. There was no hot water in the morning when I wanted to take a shower. There was no hot water after 12 midnight.
