No underground car park below hotel, have to share with shopping center. Very inconvenient to carry bags across road if rain. Website did not clearly specify this. Otherwise, I would not have booked. Air-con is not maintain well. Can smell air is not properly filtered. Sound proofing is poor. Live band from downstairs can be heard so distinctly.

Location is excellent but short of facilities Room price is high considering no breakfast provided and lack of facilities. Room is reasonably ok

Location was near perfect with alot of shopping and eating places that are open 24hrs to feed our growling stomach. And it doesnt take us far to get a fulfilling meal. We were pleasantly surprised of the room standard, it seems that they were renovating to upgrade the hotel's image. Even so, there were no unpleasant noises frm the renovation work. Evenwhen we had the room overlooking the carpark and Low yat shopping centre, like it when the rising sun shone into our room, giving it abit of cheerie atmosphere.

Convert the ground level cafe to hotel lobby & lounge will be nice. Only 1pair of slippers available. There should at least be 2pairs.

Hotel is strategically located. The room where i stayed was excellent as i can view the beautiful Petronas Tower from my bed.

The hotel is good, especially regarding its location. Former visit in Nov.2004 I also booked Federal Hotel thru HolidayCity. That hotel is in one group with Capitol.... in short, I am satisfied with the Hotel. The room is OK, but for next stay I will prefer to book a bigger one, especially bcse I take along 2-3 big luggages with me. It is not your (or hotel's) fault, but just only my self-introspection

my room was not make up even though i had called the front desk. maybe they are too busy. i understand they are over 100 rooms for them to make up. Thank you.

In-house entertainment (tv channel) is not up to standard...some of the channel signal is very poor...not convenient for visitors who prefer to spend time in their room!

centrally located no bedroom slippers were provided. the door lock was not functioning & we had to wait for abt an hour before it was fixed

Poor clearence for check in guest, we were delayed until 7pm before we got our room. We booked a total of 4 rooms, and were only given one at 3pm. Giving further grace to the hotel staff, till 6pm rooms were stil not ready. Poor room make up service Nice decoration and ambience

the car park was quite far away and not really convenient. the bed and pillow was uncomfortable, I feel backache wake up in the morning, besides that the bed was shacking as well cause the bed not attach to the wall and had roller under neath.

Checking and out of the hotel takes a long time. Primarily because only 2 staff works at the reception counter. Comparing with other hotels, it provides very slow services.

We callled the hotel staff 4x to requested for a couple of standard amenities. They said they'll deliver to our room but did not do so for all 4 occasions. We stayed for 2 nites and had to ask for the same items 4x and in the end still no delivery. We are very disappointed with the hotel customer service during this visit.
