We later learnt that some hotels which charged a lower rate for deluxe double had more value for money. Face towels were not replaced on the second night. Only bath towels were given. There was no hot water in the morning when I wanted to take a shower. There was no hot water after 12 midnight.

The room was cosy and we have a beri nice rest at the room. The bed was comfy and the toilet is excellent!!... good rest is important for us to recharge energy for more shopping... :P

And when informed cost more for double room, we agreed to charge, but after checking, front desk satff said no room available. But had a feeling she did not want to process as it took too much work to make the changes. Perhaps staff was new and hence the hesistation to help make the change in room type. Electric kettle faulty, lead to circuit breaker cutting electricity to the room.
