My stay in the hotel met my expectation. The staff are courteous. The hotel is location located in a prime location but I don't like the traffic jam.

- NICE LOCATION WITH LOTS OF SHOPPING MALL AROUND - ROOM IS COMFORTABLE, NICE & CLEAN. - THE STAFF ARE HELPFUL & POLITE. - NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS BECAUSE OF THE OUTSIDE NOISE. - STRONGLY RECOMMEND. WOULD STAY AGAIN IN MY NEXT TRIP.

Parking facility for the hotel is not available. I was driving around trying to find the hotel car park entrance before deciding to park at Yow Fatt Centre. It was only when I was in the carpark that I realised that it was the designated carpark for Capitol and Federal Hotel. This was not published in any brochure or online. A word of caution; if you are parking in Low Fatt Centre, be there by 11am or you will be caught in the congestion outside the roads

I was stayed at room 905, i was so dissapointed when the 1st step enter the room, the room just so small and there is totally different with the pic which i view from the capitol website. beside that the room was so hot even thought we turn the air con to the highest. during the night time we unable to have a very good sleep because of too noisy, those sound are from the pub nearby the hotel. this is my bad experience and i was so regret to choose hotel capitol.

I checked in late at 10pm on 21 Dec, 2009. I only request to check out a bit late on 22 Dec due to some possible delay in my meeting on the 22 Dec. The response i had from the front desk staff is such that the latest they can let me check out is 12.45pm. Strictly for business in my case, i only need my to come back to my rooms and pack or may be take a shower. This flexibility has to be improved.

As a whole, i enjoyed my stay at capitol hotel. Firstly, it's convenient to move around with lots of 24 hrs convenient shops eventhough it is quite a distance to get a monorel.capitol hotel will always be my first choice whenever i spend my time in kuala lumpur.
