Extremely friendly despite my poor French...ideally located for a direct metro trip to Eurostar and easy walk to the river and surrrounding sightseeing. The room had pleanty of light and the choice of aircon or the windows open. Although it was smaller than I had anticipated it was noticably clean which is probably more important.
