Counter Staff Service Poor

Suitable for: Business, Leisure, Families

Every things seems ok to us except the counter staffs' attitude (almost all of them) not very friendly and do not keen to answer enquiry & questions from the customer, not only toward us but other customer as well which I had observed during my stay there.
